Located on the first floor of a secure building, it offers an intimate setting with two small, cozy bedrooms. Enjoy a beautiful bathroom with a whirlpool tub for moments of relaxation, and a small patio, perfect for a relaxing break outdoors.
Space
You'll be charmed by this beautifully appointed apartment. Upon entering, to your right, is a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, washer-dryer, two sinks, and a toilet. Continuing down the hallway, on your right, is the first double bedroom, rather small but with a comfortable 140cm bed. The bedroom can be closed off with a door and blinds for added privacy. In the spacious living room, you'll find a television, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Finally, there's a second bedroom of the same size with a double bed and storage. Like the first, this bedroom has a door and blinds for complete privacy. A patio with a dining table for six completes the property. It's worth noting that air conditioning units are located in the patio, but a thick bay window ensures peace and quiet inside. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living room.
