Our accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay:- Fully air-conditioned accommodation- Parking for one car available nearbyThe apartment, located on the second floor without elevator, is divided into two levels:On entering, a small staircase leads to the first level, comprising : A first bedroom accessible via an office area. It has a 140 cm bed and is air-conditioned.A bathroom with bathtub is available just off the bedroom.The living room, facing the rue du Palais Gallien, is bright and well insulated from noise. The magnificent living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV with sound system, and a children's play area (toys available).A dining table for four is located just before the kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped and elegantly furnished, with all the necessary amenities: dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.On the second level is the master suite, with a double bed, separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower and basin. Opposite the bed, a rooftop offers a surprising view of Bordeaux's roofs. It faces the other side of the street, making it a very quiet space, ideal for admiring the magnificent sunset lights.

Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation except for one room, which will be locked.
