Nestled in the heart of Bordeaux's historic center, just steps from Place Saint-Pierre, this exceptional apartment occupies the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a splendid Bordeaux stone building. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. High-end furnishings, tasteful décor, and bright, airy spaces throughout. Restaurants, the Garonne riverbanks, and UNESCO World Heritage sites are all within easy walking distance.
Space
From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by this rare find in the heart of Bordeaux. Located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned; fans are available in the living room. Numerous windows provide excellent ventilation. Upon entering, to the left, is a separate WC, and to the right, a first air-conditioned bedroom with a mezzanine bed and a very quiet courtyard view. Continuing on, you'll find a shower room with a washing machine, sink, and walk-in shower. Next, you enter the large living/dining room, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a spacious lounge area with views of the Garonne River. The entire space is tastefully decorated, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A large desk and a bookcase are also at your disposal. Further down, you'll find the large air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own private shower room with WC. Several storage spaces are available. A third bedroom completes this apartment, featuring a double bed, a skylight, and air conditioning. The apartment also includes a fitness/meditation area. Please note that the hot water tank has a capacity of 100 liters, which may be insufficient if you take frequent showers in quick succession. We recommend spacing them out a bit to ensure you have plenty of hot water throughout your stay.
