In a very comfortable residential area in the heart of Bordeaux's historic center, discover this exceptionally located apartment. Upon entering, you'll find yourself directly in the open-plan living room/kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, a storage chest, and a sofa bed. Please note that when the sofa is unfolded (if booking for 4 people), the space is significantly reduced ⚠️, so you'll need to fold it up for optimal comfort. The living room/kitchen is air-conditioned, perfect for summer days. Next, you'll access the pleasant patio (the apartment's only source of natural light), with a table that extends to seat four. The artificial grass and complete insulation make this patio feel like an integral part of the apartment. To your right, you'll find a lovely shower room with a toilet, sink, and shower. On the other side of the patio, a very cozy double bedroom (the space between the bed and the wall is quite narrow ⚠️) with a very comfortable 140cm mattress, air conditioning, a storage cupboard and blinds that allow total privacy.
