This bright flat offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The warm and welcoming decor is personalised with many photos of Bordeaux signed by the owner. **The entire flat is covered by a WiFi fibre-optic network, ensuring a stable and fast connection for teleworkers. **The main room is spacious, with a comfortable lounge and dining area for 4 people. The kitchen area is fully equipped to prepare your meals: crockery and cooking utensils; fridge-freezer combination; oven; microwave; induction hob; toaster; kettle; Nespresso and French press coffee makers. The bedroom, quiet and cosy, overlooking a courtyard, is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. It has a double bed, two bedside tables, a bamboo wardrobe/shelves and a suitcase rack. The small bathroom has a full shower cubicle, double mirror, washbasin and WC.
