Enjoy a comfortable stay in this bright 60 m² apartment, ideal for up to 5 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and private parking. Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Situated in Sevran, close to CDG airport and just two tram stops from RER B Aulnay-sous-Bois, you can reach Paris in just 15 minutes.
Space
In the kitchen, everything is provided for your meals: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hobs and Nespresso coffee machine. The first bedroom features a double bed and storage, with blackout curtains, sheer curtains and shutters for peaceful nights. The second bedroom offers two single beds with the same amenities for restful sleep. A travel cot is also available for babies. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and toilet, complemented by a hairdryer and towel rail. For your comfort, a washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, iron and mop are available, as well as heating for cool evenings.
