The apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Every detail has been designed with your daily comfort in mind.

✨ This apartment has been designed to offer a seamless and relaxing experience. The main room centers around a high-quality sofa bed, complemented by large windows that flood the space with light. Whether you’re here for work or pleasure, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV. In terms of amenities, the apartment is a real gem: a washer and dryer are at your disposal for hassle-free daily living. For your clothes, a complete ironing kit (board and iron) is also included, along with a clothesline. For foodies, the kitchen is a model of functionality with its stovetop, oven, toaster, and mini-fridge. You’ll find everything you need: pots, pans, and kitchen essentials (oil, salt, pepper). The bathroom features a modern shower, body soap, and high-quality linens (sheets and towels). Maintained by a professional cleaning service, the apartment is always spotless. Finally, efficient radiators and a hot water system ensure ideal thermal comfort throughout your stay. A travel cot is available upon request for an additional €50 per stay (sheets not provided).
Access
A representative from the Wehost team will meet you in front of the building at the agreed-upon time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire property. The representative will conduct a property inspection with you upon your arrival and departure (please let us know if you know your departure time will be before 10 a.m.)

This property is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for those who need to relocate for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, work-study programs, or internships... To this end, we require the following mandatory supporting documents: - 1 form of identification - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by a move-in and move-out inventory upon your arrival and departure.
