For your complete peace of mind, the studio is separated from the main residence by a soundproof partition and double-glazed doors, ensuring total privacy. High-speed Wi-Fi and high-quality linens are included to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 🏛️ A place steeped in history and architecture: This studio is part of the remarkable architectural heritage of the 1960s. It is located within the Résidence du Pressoir, designed by Pierre Sonrel, a leading figure in 20th-century French architecture. A close associate of Auguste Perret, Sonrel was one of the founders of the Cercle d’études architecturales, whose members included Le Corbusier and Jean Prouvé. Living in this residence means living in a building that epitomizes a major period in modern French architecture, where the quality of the spaces, the light, and the attention to detail took center stage. 🛋️ Living Space: The main room is bright and functional. It features a comfortable double bed (140x200), a dining area, and two fans for you to use to adjust the temperature to your liking. For guests arriving after the Keynest office has closed, I will ask for an additional fee of 30 EUR, payable via Airbnb, to cover the cost of a staff member who will come to the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around. ✘ No smoking ✘ No pets ✘ Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We ask that you be considerate of the cleaning staff and leave the apartment in good condition. In case of damage, you may be charged an additional fee.
