Our apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether for leisure or business. You'll be charmed by the tranquility and interior patio, as well as the layout of this accommodation.This apartment is perfectly designed to ensure each guest has their own independence, peace and quiet, and the natural light of the patio.Located on the ground floor of a small Bordeaux building, upon entering, you arrive directly into a fully equipped kitchen area. A separate toilet is located just beyond the front door. There is also access to a first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and its private bathroom. This room has direct access to the patio.We then proceed past the high dining table, ideal for your meals.A large living room with several seating areas and a 4K television with TV channels is available. The patio is also accessible from the living room.We then head upstairs, immediately to the right, to a small office area, followed by another bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. We then proceed upstairs to access the last two bedrooms, also with double beds and private bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet.

Guests will have access to the entire accommodation.
