A representative from the Wehost team will meet you in front of the building at the agreed-upon time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours in advance. This property is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for those who need to relocate for professional reasons (job transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, work-study programs, or internships... To this end, we require the following mandatory supporting documents: - 1 form of identification - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by a pre-move-in and post-move-out inventory upon your arrival and departure. Examples of acceptable documentation: ✔︎Vocational training ✔︎Higher education ✔︎Apprenticeship contract ✔︎Internship ✔︎Volunteer work as part of a civic service program ✔︎Job transfer ✔︎Temporary assignment as part of professional activities For guests arriving after 8:00 PM, I will ask for an additional fee of 30 EUR to be paid via Airbnb to cover the cost of a friend who will come to the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around. ✘ No smoking ✘ No pets ✘ Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ✘ No bookings for third parties.
