BEAUBOURG CENTER POMPIDOU Under the impetus of the eponymous President, a new type of cultural facility was created in central Paris, dedicated to all forms of contemporary creation. The result is the center we all know today, in the heart of the Beaubourg district. It groups together several entities, including the Musée National d'Art Moderne, the Bibliothèque Nationale d'Information and many others. It's a great place to spend half a day or even a whole day. THEATRE DU CHATELET Architect Gabriel Davioud (Saint-Michel fountain, Parc Monceau gates...) designed the Théâtre du Châtelet, as did the Théâtre de la Ville just across the street. This cultural landmark, inaugurated in 1862, offers an innovative and demanding program of classical music concerts, theater, dance performances and internationally renowned musicals. The Théâtre du Châtelet also hosts a nightclub - Joséphine - for clubbing evenings several times a week, in an original setting. TOUR SAINT JACQUES The Tour Saint-Jacques stands alone in the middle of the square that bears its name. Built between 1509 and 1523 in the flamboyant Gothic style, the Tour Saint-Jacques is the only vestige of the Saint-Jacques-de-la-Boucherie church, built in the 16th century and destroyed in 1797. This sanctuary was the meeting and departure point on the via Turonensis (or Tours route) of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.

The metros 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and other transport lines are nearby, giving you quick access to all the iconic areas of Paris and the surrounding area. A Wehost welcomer will meet you in front of the building at the agreed time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation. He will do an inventory of fixtures with you on your arrival and departure (please let us know when you know your departure time before 11am).

This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study or internship... To do this, we require the following supporting documents: - 1 piece of identification - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by an inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure.
