THE WALK OF THE GREEN ROAD : (photo n° 1 and 2)The "coulée verte" is aptly named because in addition to the gardens you will come across (Hector Malot, Reuilly or Charles Péguy gardens), you will walk among trees and plants that you are not used to seeing in Paris. It is also an architectural patchwork that awaits you. You will stroll among Haussmannian buildings but also more modern constructions. The Coulée Verte is accessible all along the route thanks to stairs or elevators.The second part of the route offers a bicycle path in addition to the pedestrian passage.JARDIN DE RUEILLY (photo n°3 and 4): With an area of 15,200 m², the Reuilly garden is one of the largest green spaces in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, along with the Bois de Vincennes and the Parc de Bercy. The major part of the garden consists of a large gently sloping lawn of 4,200 m², around which are arranged small themed gardens. The Reuilly footbridge crosses the entire garden in height.A curiosity is located at the entrance of the Reuilly park and makes the happiness of the passers-by in particular the days of great heat: a public fountain distributes there free of charge tempered water, fresh water, but especially, carbonated water. It is for the moment unique in France.

In the kitchen area you will have a refrigerator but also a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster but especially a coffee machine Expresso.The living room is composed of a sofa, a coffee table and a television .
