The location is exceptional: steps from Les Gobelins and the Latin Quarter, you will enjoy an authentic Paris, surrounded by local markets and art cinemas. The space features a warm living room, two cozy double bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

✨ The living room is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a cozy sofa, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your relaxation. For a restful sleep, both bedrooms offer double beds with blackout shutters and curtains. One bedroom includes a wardrobe for your belongings. To ensure your comfort regardless of the weather, a fan and efficient heating are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for food lovers, including induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. You'll find a filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle for perfect breakfasts. The bathroom features a shower and a heated towel rail. For longer stays, a washing machine, iron, and cleaning tools are at your disposal. A baby cot can be provided upon request (50 EUR /stay) without sheets.

For guests arriving after 8PM, we ask for an additional contribution of 30 euros, payable through Airbnb, for a friend who will come, give you the keys, and show you around the apartment. ✘ No smoking. ✘ No pets. ✘ No parties or gatherings allowed. A penalty will be applied if there are complaints from neighbors. Respect for the neighbors is paramount. ✘ Please be mindful of noise levels.
