Welcome to this unique historic loft in the 10th arrondissement, a transformed 19th-century artist's studio turned into a colorful and warm apartment for 6 guests. On the 1st floor without elevator, this spacious property has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with original glass roof, bedrooms with double and single beds, and a bathroom. Some rooms and the bathroom are in mezzanine.

## ✨ LOFT PRESENTATION This authentic 19th-century artist's loft has been decorated with passion, blending travel souvenirs and retro design. The original glass roof allows abundant light to flood in, creating a unique atmosphere. Historic furniture, mirrors and period paneling are still present throughout. ⚠️ **IMPORTANT** : The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor are accessible by narrow and very steep stairs. After 4:00 PM, the following night is charged. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival for any special requests. ## ℹ️ IMPORTANT NOTE - ENERGY In accordance with government guidelines on the energy crisis, heating is regulated to 19°C. For your comfort, it can be adjusted to 21°C upon request. The apartment has connected gas and electricity meters. Any excessive consumption will be billed separately.
Access
A member of the WeHost team will greet you in front of the building at the scheduled time. It is important to provide us with your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire accommodation.
