✨✨ Come and discover my large apartment (70 m2) located in the 14th district of Paris with a view of the Eiffel Tower! You have direct access to Montparnasse train station. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, it is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and is very well equipped. It is surrounded by shops for shopping, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants and bars and plenty of transport to visit the tourist sites of Paris. Do not hesitate !
Space
You can enjoy a quiet accommodation, not overlooked and very bright. You will surely appreciate the clear view overlooking the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is composed: 🌟 an equipped kitchen (Espresso coffee machine, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Toaster and everything you need to cook as if you were at home ...), 🌟 a large bright living room, 🌟 a dining area for lunch / dinner, 🌟 two bedrooms each with a double bed, 🌟 a bathroom with separate WC (bath towels available), 🌟 storage spaces are available to store your personal belongings. You will have access to the following equipment: Iron, Hair dryer, TV, washing machine and dryer. To welcome you in real comfort, beds will be made, towels and welcome soaps will be made available to you. The apartment is equipped with heating (collective underfloor). Travelers will have access to broadband WIFI. For your safety, smoke detectors are installed there.
