My charming accommodation is ideally located in the Rue de France district in Nice. Travelers can enjoy a central location just steps away from the famous Promenade des Anglais, the beach, and the Mediterranean.Amenities such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets abound in the vicinity, offering great convenience.Moreover, easy access to transportation will allow travelers to easily explore the city's tourist sites through buses, Tramway T2, or even bike-sharing, and on foot!Historically, Rue de France was the main access road before the construction of the Promenade des Anglais, leading to the French border at the mouth of the Var River to the west of the city. Nice was one of the last territories to be annexed to France in 1860.

I keep some personal items in a cupboard, NOT accessible to travelers.Early check-ins before 3 PM are possible ONLY upon prior request and subject to the availability of the accommodation before your arrival. We will strive to accommodate your schedule as closely as possible. Thank you for your understanding. No Parking included with the accommodation. I recommend, for parking, the public Parking Palais Masséna 5 mins walk away. You can also park in the streets around the accommodation, payable by meter. Registration Details: Available with a mobility lease only ("bail mobilité") I would like to emphasize that I do not accept any parties or excessive noise. The residence is well-maintained, and I kindly ask you to respect the neighbors. Check-out is at 10 am on the last day unless there is exceptional authorization, following numerous abuses, and this request should be made through Airbnb messaging ONLY. However, I remain flexible on arrival times. I can provide you with a link to an excellent mobile luggage storage service, in case of need, upon a simple request. We provide only ONE set of keys for guests. Second key available with a 24€ extra fees. Please reserve and pay this extra BEFORE your arrival. Tks for understanding. No parking is included with the accommodation. I recommend, for parking, the public Parking Palais Masséna 5 mins walk away. You can also park in the streets around the accommodation, payable by meter. I do not specifically recommend a vehicle to reach my apartment. Additionally, the possibility of organizing additional cleaning and linen services is available upon request, at least 48 hours before the desired service date. Finally, I recommend a personal fitness coach, "Riviera Personal Training," available for various quality programs, provided as an additional service and by appointment.
