Nice’s Old Town allows you to travel into the 1700s as you get lost in its narrow lanes and its architectural gems, such as the Cathédral Sainte-Réparate. The area is also home to many restaurants, bars, small shops and boutiques. Really life center of local people and historical center. The Old Town of Nice (or Vieux Nice as the locals call it) is one of the city’s main attractions and a must-see for any visitor. Not particularly because of a huge amount of unmissable historical sites, but because it is a hive of activity, buzzing both day and night, which is ideal to wander around, to get lost in and to get a drink or a good traditional meal whilst enjoying the unmistakable baroque Mediterranean vibe.

🔔NB : Please take note about the presence of the Saint-Martin-Saint-Augustin Church, (glèia San-Martin-Sant-Augustin in Nice), visible from the studio. It has been classified as a Historic Monument since 1946 and ranks among the oldest places of worship in Nice. As tradition dictates and like most churches, you will hear the ringing of bells at regular times. Thank you in advance for your understanding and for taking this element into account before booking.Note: Despite the studio being located in a quiet and central part of Old Nice, the streets of this area tend to resonate and can cause some noise pollution. Also, please note of the traditionnal church, close to flat, generating rings bells, at regular hours. Thank you in advance for your understanding and please note this point before book the flat.
