Additionally, you will enjoy the spacious terrace of over 11 m2, surrounded by greenery, very pleasant and well-appointed. In the main room, you will find:-A modular sofa that can be converted into a mattress for 2 people.-Air conditioning-A designer table & 4 chairs-HD television-Personal Wifi access-A large quiet terrace, facing south, with table & chairs, lounge area, and plants.The kitchen is fully equipped with:-Nespresso coffee machine, toaster-Microwave & convection oven-Fridge & freezer-Ceramic hob with extractor hood & utensils / tableware-Plenty of storage space.There is also a bedroom for 2 people, equipped with:-A comfortable double bed, 160cm wide, with bed linen provided-Electric shutters-A closet / wardrobe-Storage space-Access to the terrace and plants. The upscale residence is very well inhabited, please respect the neighborhood.Check-out is at 10 am on the last day, unless exceptional authorization is granted. However, I remain flexible regarding arrival times.I can provide you with a link to an excellent luggage storage service, if needed, upon request.Only one set of keys is available for guests. A second set is available UPON REQUEST and prior reservation with an additional fee of €24, payable through Airbnb.The sleeping arrangement in the living room is a comfortable modular sofa that can be converted into a mattress on the floor for 1 or 2 people. Please take note of this before making your reservation.A baby travel cot is available UPON REQUEST and subject to conditions. Additional charges apply, prior to your stay. Starting from €30 for stays of less than 7 days. Progressive rates according to the duration of your stay. Thank you.Please water the plants on the terrace regularly, approximately once every 2 days.
