Residential hillside area of Fabron. Residence "Les Belles Terres". The address will be provided once the reservation is confirmed. The residence and the apartment are located on the hills of Nice, offering a stunning view over Nice and the Bay of Angels. There is no parking included with the accommodation. You may park in the surrounding streets, mostly free of charge, but outside the residence. Vehicle access inside the residence is NOT permitted and is monitored by a concierge at the entrance. Please take note of this and thank you for your understanding. We do however recommend using a vehicle to reach the accommodation and to get around during your stay.

The residence and the apartment are located on the hills of Nice, offering a stunning view over Nice and the Bay of Angels. There is no parking included with the accommodation. You may park in the surrounding streets, mostly free of charge, but outside the residence. Vehicle access inside the residence is NOT permitted and is monitored by a concierge at the entrance. Please take note of this and thank you for your understanding. We do however recommend using a vehicle to reach the accommodation and to get around during your stay. The residence is served by bus line 61, connecting the hill to the seafront/beaches & trams at Ferber or Magnan stops, in approximately 10–15 minutes. Allow around 30 minutes to reach the city centre and Vieux-Nice by public transport.
Interaction
We prefer a key handover via a secure key box. We can arrange in-person check-ins during the day between 3pm and 6pm upon request and for an additional fee of 24, payable in advance online. Most of our communication will be handled by Sébastien via the messaging platform.
Other information
Access to the shared swimming pool & tennis of the residence is PAID and subject to obtaining an individual pass – 60 per person per week – payable online. Please contact Sébastien for more details. No parking included with the accommodation. You may park on the street in front of the residence entrance. Bus 61 is available right at the foot of the residence – Tram connection at FERBER stop. The accommodation is located in a residential hillside neighbourhood with steep terrain and significant slopes. We strongly recommend using a vehicle to facilitate access to the accommodation and to get around during your stay. NO parties or festive gatherings will be tolerated. The residence is a well-occupied building with a security guard. Please respect the neighbours and co-owners.
