The best neighborhood in the city!We love our neighborhood.Between the port of Nice and Old Nice you will have a huge choice of restaurants and other shops.All is in walking distance very easily!With its 10-hectare water body and a dozen docks, Port Lympia is a hotspot for great pleasure and cruise in the Mediterranean. It is also a very lively, typical area, where many antique dealers have gathered in one place. If you dream of taking a trip back in time, do not hesitate, visit the Village Ségurane. Each of these antique shops is a specialist and all will share with you their respective passion, for 18th-century furniture, paintings by Flemish painters, Chinese art from past eras, marine objects...Once your visit is over, do not stop in such a good way. A stone's throw from the Village Ségurane, flea market dealers are waiting for you on the old port. If the objects have, for the most part, a lesser value, they also testify to a former more or less distant. Antique tables and furniture, decorative objects, light fixtures, vintage clothes… there may be a find among them and if not, this nod to the past will remain a memorable memory for you. Do not leave the harbour area without sitting down, on the terrace or indoors, in one of its many restaurants.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by Charlie and his team,who will ensure the smooth running of your stay: delivery of keys, departure, organization of the professional cleaning but also assistance by messages, if necessary.
