The main tourist attractions are accessible without the need for a car, thanks to the excellent transport networks.🚶🚋 Tram: Outdoor station *CUM - Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen* is about an 8-minute walk. * Alsace-Lorraine* underground station is about an 8-minute walk. These lines will allow you to quickly reach the city center, the old town (Old Nice), the Promenade des Anglais, as well as the Nice-Ville train station.🚌 Bus: Several bus lines also pass nearby, allowing you to move easily throughout the city and to other neighborhoods."Lignes d'Azur" app available on smartphones.🚆 Train station: The main train station *Nice Ville* is located about 15 minutes walk or transport, offering you easy access to explore the French Riviera, including Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, or Menton.✈️ Airport: Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is accessible by tram without change, at the stations indicated above, or in about 15 minutes by car/taxi.🚗 Parking: If you come by car, although the accommodation does not have private parking, you can park in the surrounding streets (some areas are free, others are paid with a parking meter). Public parking *Palmeira* is also just a 5-minute walk away.I do not specifically recommend a vehicle to reach our accommodation.

You can park on the streets around the accommodation, paying by parking meter. I recommend the Palmeira public parking lot, 5 mins walk. Located near the city center, everything is easily accessible within walking distance or by public transport. I don't specifically recommend a vehicle to get to my place.

Early check-ins, before 3 p.m., are ONLY possible upon prior request and subject to availability of the accommodation before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
