We appreciate your understanding.❄️The accommodation is air-conditioned and has a few steps, 🪜 so I will ask for the utmost caution for young children.🗺️ Not to forget a complimentary map of Nice and some recommendations for visits and restaurants! ☀️🛒🥖 Numerous shops, supermarkets, bakeries, bars & restaurants, or even Niçoise specialties are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. 🍹🌳In front of the building, a large and pleasant park-promenade, named "Coulée Verte," with a water mirror and misters, where it is pleasant to stroll. ⛲🏖️Beaches & Promenade des Anglais are easily accessible, as well as Place Masséna or the famous Cours Saleya market. 🧺 A public parking lot "Promenade des Arts" is less than a 5-minute walk away. 🚗 🅿️🪜🚫🛗 The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator because unfortunately, there are few elevators in Old Nice, a historic and pedestrian district. But you will not regret this little effort.🚫🅿️ NO parking is included with the accommodation. You can park on the streets around the accommodation, on the other side of the green belt/Promenade du Paillon, payable by parking meter. I recommend the public parking lots Promenade des Arts, 3 mins walk, public parking Marshall at 5 mins, or Port Lympia parking, less than 10 mins walk. Located in the city center/entrance to Old Nice, everything is easily accessible within walking distance or by public transportation. I do not specifically recommend a vehicle to reach my accommodation. 🚫🅿️ - 🚋 ☀️ You will find all the necessary comfort for your stay in Nice. You just have to unpack and enjoy the art of living "à la niçoise", thanks to my accommodation. ☀️

🏡 You will have access to the entire accommodation, except 🚫 mezzanine floor: Living room, 2 bedrooms, open kitchen, Bathroom with WC Sanibroyeur & Storage / Wardrobe.
