Located on the ground floor, this cleverly designed space can comfortably accommodate two people. A privileged setting, ideal for a serene and chic getaway, with excellent access to the most beautiful neighborhoods of Paris. The space features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Every detail has been carefully designed to combine functionality and style.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll discover a cozy interior where every detail matters. The living area centers around a high-quality sofa bed that unfolds to provide you with peaceful nights of sleep. To help you unwind, you’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and a seamlessly integrated TV. Despite its compact size, the studio features a functional kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare your meals independently. The modern, well-maintained bathroom features a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for your comfort. We’ve thought of everything for extended stays: a washing machine is at your disposal, along with all the necessary ironing equipment. For cleaning, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, and a mop are discreetly stored away. Finally, efficient heating ensures a cozy retreat all year round.
Access
A representative from the Wehost team will meet you in front of the building at the agreed-upon time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire property. The representative will conduct a property inspection with you upon your arrival and departure (please let us know if you know your departure time will be before 10 a.m.)

This property is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for those who need to relocate for professional reasons (job transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, work-study programs, or internships... To this end, we require the following mandatory supporting documents: - 1 form of identification - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by a pre-move-in and post-move-out inventory upon your arrival and departure.
