Located between Terraux place and Saint-Nizier church, this flat is very central and in the middle of the city life, close to communication hubs and the cultural life. You are in the heart of the city where restaurant, bars and shops are plenty and renew themselves, depsite the flat is remaining calm and quiet. By 5 minutes walk, passing through the Saone river, you are already in the Old Town, and on the opposite side, by 10 minutes and passing through the Rhone river, you can reach the Tete d'Or city park.Going soutward you'll reach the top new neighborhood Confluences and its new museum and, northward, by 2 min walk, is starting the Croix-Rousse hill.

Bright, quiet, and spacious loft in the heart of Lyon. Ideal for two people and for exploring the city. The apartment comprises: - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine (coffee provided), sparkling water maker, toaster). - A dining table with place settings for four. - A living area with cable TV. There is also a Sonos speaker system that you can use to listen to music by downloading the appropriate app and following the connection instructions. - A reading/office area with a bookcase, desk, and reading chair. - A bathroom with a washing machine and shower (please note the height is a bit awkward for people over 1.90m). - A bedroom with a 140x200cm bed. Please note that the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep (not suitable for everyone). - A balcony overlooking the courtyard with a table and two chairs (Please note: due to the heatwave and watering restrictions, the balcony plants are unfortunately out of commission).
