Air conditioning and radiators ensure a comfortable temperature year-round, there’s always plenty of hot water, and Wi-Fi keeps you connected when you need it. 🍳 A kitchen that makes you want to cook Refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster: everything you need to prepare a hearty family breakfast or whip up a quick dinner. All the cutlery and essentials (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper) are already provided. 🚿 Bathrooms designed for your comfort Shower and bathtub, towel warmer and hair dryer, sheets and towels provided upon arrival, body soap: everything is ready so you can relax from the very first minute, without having to worry about the details. 🧹 A carefully maintained home Professional cleaning is provided between each stay, so you’ll arrive to a spotless home. Other information
For guests arriving after 08PM, I will ask for an additional fee of 30 EUR, payable via Airbnb, to cover the cost of a staff member who will come to the house to hand over the keys and show you around. ✘ No smoking ✘ No pets ✘ Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We ask that you be considerate of the cleaning staff and leave the house in good condition. In case of damage, you may be charged an additional fee.
