The apartment features an optimized living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.

✨ This studio has been designed to offer maximum comfort to guests on the go. The living area, both cozy and functional, features high-speed WiFi—perfect for working remotely—and a TV for your downtime. In terms of amenities, everything is provided to make your stay as easy as possible: a washing machine is at your disposal, along with a complete ironing kit to keep your clothes looking sharp. For your comfort year-round, high-performance radiators ensure the perfect temperature. The kitchen is a model of efficiency, featuring everything you need to prepare your meals: stovetop burners, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Your mornings will be made even better by the coffee maker, and cutlery and utensils are already provided. In the bathroom, a hair dryer is at your disposal. Finally, safety is not overlooked, with a smoke detector on site. For cleaning, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary supplies, from a broom to a mop.
Access
A representative from the Wehost team will meet you in front of the building at the agreed-upon time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire property. The representative will conduct a property inspection with you upon your arrival and departure (please let us know if you know your departure time will be before 10 a.m.)

This property is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for those who need to relocate for professional reasons (job transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, work-study programs, or internships... To this end, we require the following mandatory supporting documents: - 1 form of identification - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by a pre-move-in and post-move-out inventory upon your arrival and departure.
