The Palm Beach district is located at the end of the Croisette, preserving some of its old-world charm with local shops including a bakery, a butcher, a chemist, a hairdresser and a fishmonger. In the past, this area was nothing more than a marshland used by basket-makers. In the 1930s, it became one of Cannes' main festivities. The Place de l'Étang, famous for pétanque, is just a stone's throw from the flat and has been the meeting place for many celebrities over the decades.Just a stone's throw from the flat, you'll find a bakery (don't forget to ask for a 'michette', a local speciality), a butcher, a delicatessen, a fishmonger offering exceptionally fresh local fish, and a hairdresser.

Space
Your stay in my flat will be structured around a large entrance hall that leads to the kitchen and bedroom on the east side, the bathroom and then the living room on the west side. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.The bedroom is spacious and bright, with twin beds, access to the first large balcony and a television. In the living room, a pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping accommodation. This room opens onto a second spacious balcony, ideal for meals or simply enjoying a drink.A private parking space (no. 9) is reserved within the residence, providing secure parking for your vehicle.
