Your 60m² flat, located on the first floor in a quiet residential area, is very well equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Just a 10-minute walk from the station and Forville market, it offers the following facilities:A beautiful air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, flat-screen TV, dining table and access to the large balcony.A beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and a small balcony with a table and two chairs. An air-conditioned library room with a single bed, a large wardrobe and access to the large balcony.A well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favourite dishes: microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and fridge with water dispenser.Elegant walk-in bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, large vanity unit and plenty of mirrors.Separate WC.A large entrance hall with plenty of well-hidden storage space, including wine glasses and champagne glasses.A large balcony with table and chairs.Together, these create a sunny, airy flat. Quality bed linen and towels, vanity kits and some coffee capsules are provided. Wifi is available free of charge.A silent washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available. Don't forget to empty the watering cans under the air conditioning units every morning for ecological reasons. There are currently a few problems with the oven (control panel), but it works. Just follow the instructions in the red manual (under the TV).
Access
The flat is located on the first floor of a secure building with a lift. You have access to the whole of my flat.If you are coming by car, street parking spaces will be indicated on arrival. You'll even find two spaces just outside the building!

For ecological reasons, we recover the water from the air conditioners; don't forget to empty the watering cans every morning! Thank you for your time.On your arrival, WeHost will be there to welcome you and make sure your stay runs smoothly: handing over of keys, supply of towels and sheets, professional cleaning, and assistance if needed.For late arrivals after 20:00, a supplement of €24 will be charged for the receptionist.
