Neighbourhood
The Palm Beach neighborhood, at the tip of the Croisette, retains some of its old-world charm, with local shops such as a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser and fishmonger. The house itself was one of the first built in the neighborhood in 1905 by my grandfather's grandfather. At that time, the neighborhood was mainly a swamp exploited by basket makers, of which my great-great-grandfather was one. In the '30s, the neighborhood became a hot spot for Cannes festivities. The Place de l'Etang, just a stone's throw from the apartment, has played host to star-studded confrontations for decades.Just a stone's throw from the apartment, you'll find a bakery (don't hesitate to ask for a "michette", a local specialty), butchers, caterers, a fishmonger offering the freshest local catch, and a hairdresser.

Located less than 5 minutes' walk from the Croisette and 150 meters from the beach, this 70 m2 apartment/house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms + 1 sofa). It has a large, sunny garden and enclosed parking for 2 cars. All shops are nearby.
