The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven for cooking meals with friends and family and induction cooktops for preparing your dishes. You’ll also find a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer—perfect for all your needs. Please note: the dishwasher is not working! The living room is an ideal place to relax, furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can settle in to watch TV. The two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a walk-in closet, offer you the perfect space to rest. For your comfort, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. Additionally, the toilet is separate. For your household chores, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a mop are at your disposal. Finally, to ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a heating system and a fan.

A penalty will apply if there are complaints from neighbors. Respect for the neighborhood is essential. ✘ Please be mindful of noise.
