Situated between Biarritz and Bayonne, you can enjoy the tranquility of a residential neighborhood while being just a stone’s throw from the beaches and business centers of the Basque Coast. The home features a spacious, bright living room, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Space
✨ This luxury villa has been designed to offer absolute comfort for six guests. The sleeping area features three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms: a suite with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom perfect for guests or children, featuring two single beds. The two modern bathrooms, equipped with showers and heated towel racks, ensure a smooth morning routine. Prepare your meals just like at home with the stovetop, oven, and microwave. Everything is provided: from the coffee maker to the toaster, not to mention the dishwasher for a hassle-free stay. Kitchen essentials and linens (high-quality sheets and towels) are provided. You can also enjoy the garden for some outdoor relaxation after a day’s work. For extended stays, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a clothesline, and a complete ironing kit. Professional cleaning services are provided, and you’ll find all necessary cleaning supplies on-site. In terms of technology, high-speed WiFi and a television are available. Finally, safety is a priority: two parking spaces secured by an electric gate await you in front of the house, and the property is equipped with a smoke detector.
Access
A representative from the Wehost team will meet you in front of the building at the agreed-upon time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire property. The representative will conduct a property inspection with you upon your arrival and departure (please let us know if you know your departure time will be before 10 a.m.)

This property is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for those who need to relocate for professional reasons (job transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, work-study programs, or internships... To this end, we require the following mandatory supporting documents: - 1 form of identification - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by a pre-move-in and post-move-out inventory upon your arrival and departure.
