Simplify your life in this peaceful and central flat. Very nice flat located on the ground floor of a luxury residence in a residential area very close to the city centre in Cannes. The amenities, the train station are 2 minutes away, the Palais des Festivals and the beach are 5 minutes away on foot.

Parking space is available with the flat. This flat consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Always neat and clean, ready to receive good travellers. My flat is a two-bedroom comprising an entrance hall, separate toilet, large living room with kitchen and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is very functional and fully equipped to meet your needs during your stay. A parking space is available free of charge in the residence's garage, making parking easy.
