✨ Welcome to this charming 25 m² studio, ideally located on Rue Louis Vicat in the 15th arrondissement. On the 2nd floor without elevator, this optimized space comfortably accommodates 2 people. A stone's throw from the Parc des Expositions, you can enjoy a dynamic area, rich in shops and perfectly served by transport to explore Paris with ease.

✨Upon arrival, you will be seduced by the friendly living space. The living room turns into a cozy sleeping area in the blink of an eye thanks to its quality sofa bed, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV or surfing the Wifi after a day of sightseeing. For your thermal comfort, efficient heating and a fan are at your disposal, all secured by a smoke detector.On the kitchen side, everything has been thought out for lovers of good little dishes. From induction hobs to dishwashers, the equipment is complete: fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. The modern and functional bathroom features a shower and hairdryer.Finally, to make your stay easier, you will have a washing machine, a drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board. For maintenance, vacuum cleaner and mop are discreetly stored, ensuring total autonomy during your Parisian stopover.A baby cot can be provided on request (€50 per stay, sheets not provided).

For guests wishing to arrive after 8 p.m., an additional contribution of €30 will be required via Airbnb for a member of our team who will come, hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. ✘ No smoking. ✘ No pets. ✘ No parties or gatherings allowed. A penalty will apply if neighbours file a complaint. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential. ✘ Please keep noise to a minimum. We kindly ask you to respect the cleaning teams and leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. In case of misuse or excessive mess, an additional fee may be charged.
