It features a living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a functional bathroom—perfect for independent living. Located on Rue Charles de Muyssart, close to shops, public transportation, and universities, you can quickly reach downtown Lille and the main business districts.

✨The studio has been designed to provide all the essentials in a well-optimized layout. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals thanks to the induction cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, and Senseo coffee maker—perfect for starting your day off right. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed for your downtime. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hairdryer for added convenience. The apartment is equipped with heating, a smoke detector, and everything you need for daily upkeep, including an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner.
Access
A Wehost representative will meet you in front of the building at the agreed-upon time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire property. The representative will conduct a property inspection with you upon your arrival and departure (please let us know if you know your departure time will be before 10 a.m.)

This property is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for those who need to relocate for professional reasons (job transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, work-study programs, or internships... To this end, we require the following mandatory supporting documents: - 1 form of identification - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract to be signed, followed by a pre-move-in and post-move-out inventory upon your arrival and departure. Examples of acceptable documentation: ✔︎Vocational training ✔︎Higher education ✔︎Apprenticeship contract ✔︎Internship ✔︎Volunteer work as part of a civic service program ✔︎Job transfer ✔︎Temporary assignment as part of professional activities For guests arriving after 8:00 PM, I will ask for an additional fee of €24 to be paid via Airbnb to cover the cost of a friend who will come to the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around. ✘ No smoking ✘ No pets ✘ Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ✘ No bookings for third parties.
