Levallois-Perret is a quiet and pleasant small town. You can also enjoy the many shops, restaurants and bars in proximity when you feel like it:-) Franprix is a 2-minute walk away, Leader Price is a 3-minute walk away. For lovers of green spaces, there are two parks "Parc de la Planchette" and "Parc Collange" a few steps from the apartment, ideal for young children! The banks of the Seine or the island of the Jatte are also a 5-minute walk away and the walks are very nice. Getting to Paris is very simple: the "Pont de Levallois" metro station is a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Beautiful refurbished and spacious 40 m² apartment in Levallois Perret, a small town with a very pleasant living environment at the gates of Paris.Pont de Levallois metro station is a 7-minute walk away. You will enjoy comfortable facilities for 4 people (one double bed and one sofa bed), fully equipped apartment! The perfect place for couples, friends, business travelers or small families :-)The
Space
The place has been tastefully refurbished and has everything you might need :-) You can enjoy a large living room with sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, 2 coffee machines, a toaster)... - Child safety for the oven: clips- In the kitchen the faucet folds down to open the window.- The right window of the kitchen opens a little strangely but it's normal. You can also use the iron, washing machine, hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilets are separated. The apartment is quiet and bright, really ideal!
Access
A Wehost team checker will greet you in front of the building at the agreed time. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Guests will have access to the entire place.They will perform an inventory with you upon arrival and departure (please let us know when you know your departure time before 11 a.m.)
