Located in the basement, this studio is still very bright thanks to its decor and layout. The apartment has communal central heating from October through May, as well as supplemental heating available year-round. For guests arriving after 8:00 p.m., I’ll ask for an additional fee of 30 EUR, payable through Airbnb, to cover the cost of a friend who will come to the apartment to hand you the keys and show you around. ✘ No smoking ✘ No pets allowed ✘ Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We ask that you be considerate of the cleaning staff and leave the apartment in good condition. In case of misuse, you may be charged an additional fee.
